  1. The analysis of the properties listed on the platform from 2016 through to 2020 reveals that the highest number of listing was recorded in 2017, however, since the data for 2020 mainly covers Jan - Feb, we can infer that the lowest number of listing was recorded in 2018.
  2. Also, it can be observed that the largest listing value was recorded in 2019 and 2018 respectively, which indicates significant potential for revenue growth when compared to the subsequent years.

  1. It can be observed that the city of Milan recorded the highest number of listing while also appearing to hold the biggest potential for revenue growth.
  2. It is worthy of note that, although Rome fell short of the top 5 cities in terms of volume of listing, however, it has the third largest monthly rent value, which reveals it ability to have significant impact on the bottom-line.
